This section is designed to take the stress out of the Event Day itself. Please read it thoroughly, especially if it is your first triathlon as there are a few extra things you need to do before the race than at your standard sports event.
Make sure you read this section carefully when planning on how to get to the event itself. We close some of the roads around the venue for the Bike & the Run course, which may have an impact on your arrival.
BTF Competition Rules
Before you start exploring this area, please make sure you read the British Triathlon Federation Competition Rules carefully. These rules are designed to make sure all athletes enjoy the event, but most importantly are safe whilst taking out on the course. Click here for the Rules.
Please make sure you read the LONDON RACE INFORMATION carefully, prior to the event weekend. It contains all the information you need, to make sure you thoroughly enjoy your weekend and have a safe race. Please also read the BTF Competition Rules below and make sure you know your which wave you are in and what time it is.
In your Race Pack which has been posted out to you, there will be a letter containing details of your race day, start time, wave number and race number. Please check these details are correct and your wave number matches your distance on the table below. If you are not sure what your wave time is, please open the LONDON WAVE LIST and search for your name (Ctrl +F) to find out your wave time.
