Whether this is your first triathlon or your 20th, nearly everyone will need a bit of practice before you hit the start-line. Below you will find our library of printable training guides. To find the right one for your event, all you need to do is find the distance you have signed up to – and then decided your ability level, either Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced. The training guides can be used for both London & Blenheim and as we get closer to each event we will release some more training guides based on shorter lead up times.
