Training Days

Undertaking your first triathlon can be a daunting experience, figuring out what kit you need, how to transition from one sport to the next, what nutrition to take, not to mention getting started with open water swimming.

Our one-day triathlon training days are perfect to help take the stress out of your triathlon challenge and tell you all you need to know to make your event an enjoyable achievement.



The day begins with a general welcome and briefing.

Open water swimming: 
We will take you through the different kit on offer and how to put your wetsuit on correctly, followed by some simple stroke correction and common technique mistakes. You then get to practise your swimming and technique in place in a safe and friendly environment.

Run Session:
Put in practise drills and running technique tips for triathlon.

Transition Session:
Starts with a short presentation to take you through different kit and transition options as well as the crucial rules of transition you need to know. Followed by a practical session to practise what you’ve heard in the presentation.

Taking you through general details of how your event day will run, nutritional tips for training and race day.
